President

John Mazza, P.E. has been practicing in the HVAC industry for over 30 years. He graduated from SUNY Stony Brook in 1978 and received his M.S. degree in mechanical engineering in the field of advanced energy technologies. From 1978 to 1991, John was an associate professor at SUNY Farmingdale, teaching in the Department of Air Conditioning Engineering Technologies.

John M Mazza rejoined the business in 2010 after working in Los Angeles as a Production Manager and Consultant, finishing his MBA at Pepperdine. He is professionally certified in multiple testing disciplines and speaks at seminars on topics related to TAB, Environmental Systems, and MEP Commissioning.

Shalanda L. Mazza served in the US Marine Corps from 2000-2004 as a generator mechanic and Journeyman Electrician. After serving her country honorably, she obtained her BFA with a focus on sustainable design and R&D practices. A little over a decade into her journey as a R&D professional, she transitioned into organizational process and procedure improvement while completing her Master of Science in Strategic Design and Management at Parson, The New School.
